Blogger Halloween Party | 2016

A few weekends ago (Yes this post is a bit late) I went along with Ashton and Katie to The Rose Villa Tavern situated in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter for the Blogger Halloween party! Ashton and Kirsty had been planning the event for months so I was very excited to be going along to see what they had in store. It was really nice to go to a blogger meet up that I hadn't organised as I managed to meet lots of people and get involved in some of the competitions  on the day.

I was squished in the car with AshtonKatie and all the goodies and we drove for a few hours to get to Birmingham. I pretty much got ready in the car - which included sewing my tights, which was slightly difficult. Once we arrived it was a mad rush to get organised, get everything out of the car and set up. I was happy to help and we got sorted pretty quickly.

I had to finish off my outfit in the toilets but I wore a Lacey dress from Next, with black tights that I ripped and sewed up. I then bought a little spider head band from £1world and put my hair piece in. Everyone loved my headband and couldn't believe it was from £1world. I finished my look with dark makeup and that was me done. Lots of people made a great effort including covering themselves in blood or glitter, I particularly loved Chantals glitter face!

The day was filled with making new blogger friends, pumpkin colouring competition, perfume making, chatting with brands, a scavenger hunt, scary selfie competition and so so much more. The day was concluded with a HUGE raffle and some prizes for various things. I won the best dressed completion which I was soooo pleased with as I didn't spend too much on my outfit but still got lots of compliments. I also won a prize from Sun kissed for the scariest selfie! I unfortunately didn't win on the raffle but lots of money was raised for charity!

I had such good fun on the day and I was really glad I went along :) I came home with sooo many goodies as the girls has filled bags full of wonderful things! Some of the brands involved included: Lypsyl, Juicy fuel, Munchy Seeds, White wash, Marco polo, superdrug, Wordery, Virtue Drinks, Twisted Halo, L'Oreal, The Berry Co and soooo much more.

A huge thanks and Well Done to Ashton and Kirsty for organising a brilliant event!
