#GeorgePartyTips | Outfit Inspiration*

When ASDA George asked me to get involved with there #GeorgePartyTips campaign I jumped at the chance! I have previously bought clothes from George so I knew that I liked the style and fit of them. I had a browse of the party pieces online and fell in love with so much. Its amazing how you can get a such good quality clothes for a great price. I personally have my own works Christmas party, my boyfriends, my birthday night, Christmas eve and Christmas day all to choose an outfit for so thankfully George has helped me out with this. Firstly I choose this dress from the fashion box range. I thought this was a great piece as its fairly simple but it has the detailed embellished neckline and you can add your own sparkling accessories. As well as sharing my outfit inspo, they have asked me to share my top tips with you all for the upcoming party season...

Take the dress code into account
Does your party have a theme? While some Christmas parties are simply formal wear, others require a little more creativity. Chat with friends and work colleagues what they are choosing and try to opt for a similar dress code. If people are going all out sparkle find something to suit your style.

Why sacrifice fashion for winter weather?
If you want to stay warm but also stylish without having to cart a coat around, opting for a long-sleeved dress could be the answer. Just like you would when shopping for a normal dress for a special occasion, look for a design that has lots of intricate detail. similarly wear tights! If you Christmas is more of a night out you dont want to be walking from bar to bar in the freezing cold!

Have a good time but don't go crazy !
No one wants to be the talk of the office the next day! Drink, dance and have fun but don't do anything in front of your boss that you may never live down and make the ground want to swallow you up every time you step in to work !

Take the essentials
You know, lipstick, powder, maybe a hair brush ? But why not add in there plasters and party feet just in case you want to keep on dancing but your new shoes hurt ? and maybe some deodorant too to avoid sweaty moments. You will be the envy of the ladies bathroom with all your sensible items !

Make sure you check back for a few more outfit shots featuring George at Asda :)
